Enjoy this beach side, fast vinyasa style Yoga routine for a lightly cardiovascular routine.  Material is beginner to intermediate level but is relatively fast paced.  Two routines are offered.  One is a bit slower to allow the practitioner some time to learn the postures.  The second routine puts together the postures is a quick flow.  Material is rich in knee, spine, and shoulder work.
