Studio equipment training is offered in private and small group format. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses, as well as customized programs for special conditions are offered. Our challenging programs are based on the classical repertoire and include contemporary material. A 30 minute evaluation is required for correct placement.
Our small classes provide professional instruction, personal attention, and are an excellent complement to any exercise routine. All Mat Pilates classes are beginner friendly but challenging. They focus on strengthening the muscles which stabilize the joints and are excellent for people with injuries. The mat program is a comfortable way of learning the Pilates concepts before transitioning to equipment training.
Functional weight training
Excellent for those looking to combine cardiovascular exercise with strength training. For functional training only; 60 pound weights max. Great for people needing the work but working with special conditions.
Yoga on the Reformer
This is one of our most challenging programs. Yoga and reformer training are strongly recommended. Those unfamiliar with either should be very conditioned. Private sessions only or post-advanced work.
Most of our Yoga classes are at the intermediate and advanced level. However, classes are beginner friendly as material builds on itself and the practitioner has the option of stopping where necessary.
For those with injuries, sports specific needs, pre/post natal, etc. Training may include a combination of a few modalities.
