Our Pilates programs are based on the classical method but also incorporates non-traditional material.  They are specifically tailored for each  
individual.  We have a wide range of clients ranging from olympic athletes to people recovering from injuries or various cancers, to clients who are
simply looking for their own way of keeping fit and balanced.  See our

Since
prevention is our first priority, our main concern is that we keep you injury free.  
Therefore our training is slow, deliberate, and will not skip over any part of the body be
it the toes, tight hips, or weak neck.  Patience is necessary.  Yet no matter how slow the
training may be in the beginning, the day will come when boundaries will be pressed
and moved.  Progress is also necessary.

Consistent training will lead to long lasting results.  The body
will feel stronger, aches
and pains will lessen, and awareness and balance will improve quickly. However, this
is not always the case with appearances.  Generally, those who are already trim get to really
see the results.  Pilates does not work the body hard enough to cause dramatic weight loss;  
that is not its goal.  Therefore those with too much excess weight may be somewhat
disappointed as far as

Our ultimate goal is to teach the client to be self-sufficient.  After the client has learned the

by both parties), he or she may use the equipment on their own.
