Be active, not reactive:  TAKE some time for it will never just be given.  Take it to reconnect
with yourself, to breathe, to de-clutter your mind, relax your nervous system, and make
your body feel lighter.

We offer a variety of Yoga styles and levels.  Class sizes are still small as we are a new
studio, therefore classes can be modified to allow for various levels.  Class temperatures vary
with the seasons, hot during the summer for a nice sweat and cool during the winter to
refresh and invigorate; we like open windows.      

All of our classes are by donation for those in financial need, just let us know ahead of time;
$15 otherwise.  See below for monthly unlimited price.

Although we do recycle, we do not provide water in an effort to further reduce waste; please
bring your own water. (Brita filter anyone?)  

We are sorry to say that we do not have the space to provide child care but hope to see you
anyway..

Class descriptions
Vinyasa
A quicker moving, progressive class focused on connecting breath and movement to improve strength, flexibility,
balance, and coordination.  (Sankalpa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti).  Generally a somewhat challenging class, but
beginner friendly due to small class size.   
Strength
Focuses on building endurance.  Poses are held to challenge body and mind.
Relax
Focuses on gentle stretches to rejuvenate the tired body.
Just Yoga
All encompassing and dependent upon the skill of the pupils.  Form and alignment are top priority in these classes.
Advancement happens only after appropriate form and strength are reached.
