Class descriptions

Vinyasa
|
A quicker moving, progressive class focused on connecting breath and movement to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. (Sankalpa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti). Generally a somewhat challenging class, but beginner friendly due to small class size.

Strength
|
Focuses on building endurance. Poses are held to challenge body and mind.
|
Relax
|
Focuses on gentle stretches to rejuvenate the tired body.
|
Just Yoga
|
All encompassing and dependent upon the skill of the pupils. Form and alignment are top priority in these classes. Advancement happens only after appropriate form and strength are reached.
